Talk to the responsible person of the Gerdau Institute Committee at your unit and learn about the planned actions.

What is the Gerdau Institute Committee (CIG)?

It's a representative space for volunteer employees where strategic program decisions are made and volunteer actions are monitored in each context. Each company plant should establish a CIG, unless in the case of nearby plants, which may have a committee representing both.
