The 2026 GLN Volunteer Games are a friendly competition where each GLN location competes as one team, working together to create a positive impact in the communities where we operate.

Throughout the Games, employees will participate in volunteer activities that support non-profit organizations, public schools, and other organizations that benefit the community. Locations can earn points for every volunteer activity completed, every employee who volunteers, and additional bonus points by engaging new volunteers, submitting photos and videos, and supporting activities related to Gerdau's three CSR pillars: Education, Housing, and the Environment.

How can you participate?

Participating is easy:

• Register on the V2V platform using your Gerdau credentials (only one sign-in is required).
• Join volunteer activities organized by your location's Social Responsibility Leads.
• Encourage your colleagues to participate—every new volunteer helps your location earn additional bonus points.
• Participate in activities that support Education, Housing, or the Environment to maximize your location's score.
• Help capture the impact by taking photos and videos during volunteer activities.

Social Responsibility Leads will organize volunteer opportunities, promote activities, track attendance, record volunteer hours, and submit all activities through the V2V platform. All you need to do is register, participate, and help your location climb the leaderboard.
